PET blow moulding machines are specialised machines used in the production process of plastic bottles. These machines blow the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) raw material, which is called “preform” before the blow moulding process, into the final form by fully automatic high pressure blow moulding.
PET blow moulding machines constitute the important and most critical stage of the bottle production process.
01. Firstly, PET preforms go from the preform hopper to the stacker section with the elevator and from here they move towards the machine.
02.At the end of the stacker section, they enter the blow moulding machine where the preform holders take these preforms one by one and take them to the oven section.
03.The Preforms are continuously rotated around their own axis by the holders on the way to the oven and when they enter the oven to ensure equal temperature distribution.
04.The preforms, which have reached the appropriate temperature for the blow moulding process, are automatically taken from the holders and taken to the moulds where they will take the final form and where they are shaped by inflating with high pressure.
